Running for the 4th Congressional District of Pennsylvania
My husband Eric Martin of York Township should replace Todd Platts as the 4th Congressional District’s Representative. Eric, who is just shy of 26 years old, may be the youngest one running in this election, but he stands firm in his belief that the Federal Government is out of control. His goal as a congressman will be to limit the reach of the Federal Government in our economic and personal lives, and to bring us back to a country that follows our constitution. I admire his integrity and loyalty, and I believe he will be a true servant leader.
I fully support Eric! I love all of the ideas that he supports, and I plan on helping in anyway I can!
I have known Eric for about 7 years, and I firmly believe that he will make an incredible congressman. Eric has incredible integrity! He stands for what is right and doesn’t falter in his beliefs. Most of all, I admire Eric for the way that he cares about people. It doesn’t matter who he is talking with, Eric always listens. He goes completely out of the way to help friends and even strangers in need (this often involves sacrificing his time or money). And the way he talks about politics… Eric clearly knows his stuff. When I ask for explanations, I never feel that Eric is trying to put down other political ideas. He is incredible at presenting all political views in an unbiased manner, facts only, positives and negatives (You can triple check his facts). Without the biased opinions of other political ideas to confuse you, one can clearly see what is best for this country. Just ask Eric… he knows!
We began our relationship with Eric when, as a high school senior, Eric expressed an interest in our daughter Melody, a fellow student, who is now his wife and best friend of 4 years. These are some of the qualities I’ve come to know and love about Eric…. Sincerity, honesty, wisely frugal, wise in spending, trustworthy, committed to his wife, integrity in the workplace, a genuine interest and concern for good government for the good of Americans…..a love for learning and joy in discovery… a true desire to be a positive influence for good in the lives of others….willing to work ….not afraid of tough jobs… has strength of conviction… and a strong foundation in his faith. [...] I also appreciate how Eric can explain things in layman’s language, making it easier to understand.
Eric Martin is the just the change we need after Todd Platts airs out his closet here in York County. Time for a fresh approach, with fresh values, great moral fiber and a man who promises to get hings done for York County, PA in Washington. Eric has his feet firmly planted on the ground and will fight for each one of us here in York. His commitment to constituitonal values and morals, smaller government and reducing deficits is a top priority to his agenda. His family name and his Father’s successful medical practice at Martin Foot and Ankle is proof enough to me, Eric is indeed the right candidate for the job.
